Victoria University of Wellington Diploma sample, Victoria University of Wellington (Māori: Te Herenga Waka), Victoria University of Wellington was formed in 1897 by passing an act in the parliament. It was named after Queen Victoria because it was the 60th anniversary of the Queen’s coronation in 1897. It has three campuses, and the main campus is located in Kelburn, New Zealand which houses the Faculties of Humanities and Social Science, Engineering, Health, Social Science and Education.
