The University of Texas at Dallas Online Credentials Services Credentials Distribution

• At the Commencement Ceremony, bachelors and masters candidates will receive a Credentials of congratulations.
  The University of Texas at Dallas Credentials and Academic record
• Diplomas will be mailed to bachelors and masters graduates approximately five weeks following the Commencement Ceremonies (Fall and Spring) or five weeks following the end of the grading period (Summer) to the Home Address listed in Orion.
• You will receive an email from our Credentials vendor once your Credentials has been mailed.
• The Credentials dimensions are 11 x 14 inches.
• Doctoral graduates receive their diplomas at the Commencement Ceremonies. Diplomas for a doctoral student who do not attend Commencement will be mailed out 5 to 7 business days following the Commencement Ceremonies.
• The Michael Sutter Company prints diplomas to UT Dallas. All diplomas are printed and shipped from their Utah headquarters. Diplomas cannot be mailed to addresses on campus.

  The following Online Credentials Service is available through our official Credentials vendor, the Michael Sutter Company.

  • Request a replacement Credentials – Request your Credentials easily online. You will be able to choose Standard Delivery or Express Overnight Delivery. There is a $10.00 charge for your Credentials. Your Credentials will be printed and mailed within 1-2 days of your Request. Express Overnight Orders will ship out the same day if the Request was placed by 12 pm CT.
  • Request an Official Credentials – Your UT Dallas eDiploma is a Signed and Certified PDF of your original paper Credentials used for easy Credentials verification purposes. The UT Dallas eDiploma is a one-time charge of $5. You will receive your Credentials within minutes of ordering. You can then share your eDiploma as often as you need.
  • Credentials Status – Search the status of your Credentials Request whether it is your new Credentials or replacement Credentials.

  Online Credentials Service

  Holds

  Check your Orion Student Services Center for holds. All holds MUST be cleared in Request to receive your Credentials. If a student clears a hold after the certification date for the term, the student must notify the Graduation Team that the hold has been cleared. The Credentials will only be ordered in the next ordering cycle after the Graduation Team receives an email notification from the student. Orders will be placed at noon on Wednesdays unless that day is a holiday, at which time the diplomas will be ordered the following business day.
